Can anyone recommend a durable (commercial) bait catapult? The ones I've tried fall apart easily, especially when the latex is secured on plugs.

Drennan and Guru make good, durable catapults but always carry spare elastic.

Drennan Team England, there is no better for close range work to 20m.
If it's larger bait fox used to do a really good range with built in hand protectors. Good for stopping you whipping your knuckles!

Turn your wrist and fire the catapult upside down in other words the handle pointing skywards, works for me.
