I haven't worn a tie for 25 years :eyebrow:

I do enjoy these old films, mind you, sitting on the bank with a bunch of grayling cooking for lunch? They are delicious but.....

I've never tried them, and don't suppose I ever will. What are they like? Anything like trout?

I ate a couple back in my teens along with a trout from the same stretch. The trout tasted like silt (I've had much better from elsewhere) but the grayling were divine, probably the best freshwater fish I've had.
