Just one other small fact, most Cardinals that have the line guide fitted to them rely on water to lubricate the roller, using braid the roller may run sticky at times as braid will soak up water rather than bring it to the guide like mono, your best bet would be a low diameter power line

Do any of you folks happen to know where one might purchase ally spools for a Cardinal 77?
