Thanks, read 1893 (volume 26) and now going backwards to Volume 25

Interesting to see where salmon where caught in the Trent - a bad year for the spring run.

Alfred Jardine must have had a big house to store all those dead pike in, I am so glad that for the vast majority of anglers today a photograph is all that is required of that memorable fish.
