Our old chum The Sweetcorn Kid is now making videos for the Portsmouth and district angling society, this is the one he has just done on the Wally.

I couldn’t fish there despite the huge gudgeon……

I think that's the sound of the water running over the shallows near the bridge . That piece of road is a dead end . No through traffic at all .

I see what you mean . I didn't have my sound up high . There is a A road behind the field. But I think Stu has the sensitivity turned up on the sound . I fished there a few days ago and didn't notice any road noise .

I think the camera has exaggerated the road (B2177) noise Rob, the first section Stu fished was the iconic Cheesemans bridge where we meet and have lunch on the Gonk Jollies, believe me and others may attest, you don't notice any road noise once you get fishing.
