Thought he wasn't doing any repairs at the moment as he making some reels I may be completely wrong
Chance is always powerful. Let your hook be always cast; in the pool where you least expect it, there will be a fish

If that's true he would still be able to give an idea of the cost, Sir.Loop Erimder wrote:Thought he wasn't doing any repairs at the moment as he making some reels I may be completely wrong

Re: Match Aerial Mistake
Forgive me....DON'T tighten the screw...not until you have loosened the screw opposite.
It is possible to take out a minor wobble on these reels by adjusting the spokes, but gripping them with the wrong tool will mark them and the fine, fine threads are not designed to be 'loaded', just nipped-up.
You can get an idea of the tension on them by striking them with a screwdriver shaft like a tuning fork...they should hold a note, not go 'thunk, but not a high note.... if that makes sense?

Re: Match Aerial Mistake
Thanks Nobby,
Still waiting for the reel to arrive might be next week now so will keep everybody posted. It’s quite beat up but that's not a concern just wanting a usable reel for my roach fishing.
