How much should I ask?

Post by WildCarpFisher. »

Hello Guy's.

I have rod overload. I've been heavily investing over the last year or so and now just have too much stuff.

I would like to sell my B James 1957 MK V1 Richard Walker carp rod. It's in excellent (really) condition. The tip is straight and the feral nice and tight. Could you give me a heads up on what I should ask for it on E-bay?

Thanks all.

The ones in good condition have been selling very well on Ebay recently so I would just put it as an auction and put a reserve on it. Make sure you take plenty of pictures and add a detailed description as this will help you to attract more bids.

I would love one but they are sadly out of my price range but maybe somebody else on TFF would be interested?
I have laid aside business, and gone a'fishing.

Probably best to advertise it as a MKIV (4) , rather than a MKVI (6)

I know Loop Erimder was thinking of getting one. Maybe it's worth offering it to him first before putting it on ebay?
