Looks like a bit of tudor demolishing to me .. certainly post Roses war. Yorkists would have been far to tight to demolish something knowing we'd have to build it again . !!

Marstons old empire IPA is what should be drunk followed by adnams broadside
Although George wright does some very good beer as does anarchy of Morpeth

But that IPA takes some beating so burton on Trent for me still holds the title for best beer

Black pudding needs to be cooked with eggs bacon and hash browns ( I know an American invention) and served with Lancashire tea, toast and a bottle of hp sauce
Adnams, now were talking!

I took some Adnams broadside with me to the Welsh Wildie weekend in August & Dave took the P!ss out of it, but to be fair, he takes the P!ss out of everything so I wasn't offended.

If you take the Pi** out of it, all you are left with is water!! so I have been told. Real Ale is brewed by Shepherd Neame in Faversham, Kent...end of.

Sam Smiths, lovely beer.

Being a Southern softie I never wore a donky jacket fishing. Used to wear mine with black wooly watch cap, DM's or loafers and jeans. Straight off the back of Seaching for the Young Soul Rebels By Dexy's Midnight Runners circa 1980.
