The "Beult"
Very much on the same theme as Bumble's reel, but a little smaller at 3 1/2" diameter and named after his first river..The Beult.
a few pictures of a special Roach reel for a special Gentleman..
It will be used with a "Perfection Roach" rod, but it doesn't look too bad on a 'Wizard' either..
The wood inlay is walnut and the handles are made from faux tortoiseshell.
Hope you like it..

My problem is IF I had one I couldn't bring myself to use it! It would be in a glass case!

Re: The "Beult"
it’s a lovely piece of work that wouldn’t look out of place in a Bond street jewellers. Most of the time it will be in my glass reel cabinet, unless it's being used. Such quality i'm lost for words.

No doubt about it - that is a stunning creation and absolutely crying out to be used albeit with the total care it deserves. Any fish that swims in the rivers, lakes and ponds would be delighted to be photographed with this fantastic piece of engineering - sort of like winning the Oscars I guess.
