They were sold for a lot of years but strangely they don't turn up too often.
It has been said they are a upmarket Lucky Strike but I have never compared the two blanks so can't say for certain.

For anyone interested, I finally got around to comparing the Lucky Strike and the Record Breaker. There is quite a difference in section sizes and therefore in power.
Here is a comparison of the cane section sizes. Measured across the flats at six inch intervals from the tip down. Sizes in mm.
