Cardinal C3
Ive got a practically mint early 80s one that I got off a friend,has anyone any experience of them?There`s not much online info on them.

I've owned and used the C4 - a good sturdy reel, with cut brass gears and worm-drive - made in Japan, though, not in Sweden. I sold mine however, because I suspected a tendency for the roller to feather the line. I noticed this after I hooked a common close in and it made a very quick run. But as it was Clay Farm, it's possible that the line was running over a sunken branch or other snag.. Luckily, the fish was landed.

I believe Bob James uses the C5 in Passion for Angling at Redmire.
