Post by Mark »

I normally go for the green mole skin trousers but for a change I have just order myself two pairs of camel brown corduroys.

When I was first married I had a pair just like those but my wife must not have liked them; whilst ironing them she got distracted and managed to leave a nice brown burnt iron mark on the leg! Never bought any cords ever since!

Smart. I must be scruffiest fisherman around, I generally wear my old gardening clothes carp fishing, perhaps it's time I smartened myself up a bit. Boat fishing is a bit different though mainly due to potential 'climate conditions'.

British Home Stores sell some very nice cords which have a slight elastication to the sides. They are lovely quality, wash well and are very comfortable. Worth a view if you are passing by one of their stores. :Hat: Reedling.

I have two pair, beige and dark brown. Both from Help the Aged and both miles to short, so I can only wear them with wellies otherwise they look silly.
