Catapult made for Les Bamford from wood from Redmire Pool, whittled on the bankside finished at home
Chance is always powerful. Let your hook be always cast; in the pool where you least expect it, there will be a fish

Not strictly made by me, the brass spreader made by Hermit as well as the ash hope, all I needed to do was to sand it I then stained it and added the net, all ready to go now

When I'm not fishing, I'm fettling...and these are some of the fettles I've fettled
I found some hazel tree brashings in a copse and thought they could come in handy...
All I need for fly fishing my local brook...
My "posh box"...and yes, it does get used...
First pot shot at shot pots...
More later,
Troutbeck

A few more bits and pieces...
Apart from a few floats made by Paul Cook in his very early days (I bought them after seeing a review in IYCF) I made all the rest. Colour scheme inspired by Paul, too.
Lower section of the box
My final shot at shot tubs...
I have to remember to hold them the right way up when opening them...vertical and shot numbered end on top!
A few fancy Pike bungs...
A home made float box...
For some more home made floats.
