Will you be going the whole hog, growing a mullet and wearing an army jumper with shoulder patches? :chuckle:

Very nice Jumper......

....but maybe a thread in the Non-Angling section if you'd like an 80's revival?

Why non-angling if it's 80s angling you're talking about?

Ok, I beg your pardon. Traditional Angling Chat or Clothing then. :thumb:

Wow Tad, the 8os

Now I was 16 in 1983, having started fishing in 81 and stopped in 83 for all the usual reasons....But an 80s revival. I shudder and chuckle at the thought :hahaha: The tackle was good though.

What rods you using Tad?[/quote]

John, I built three matching rods while working in a tackle shop in my late teens, North Western 1 3/4 lb through action, whipped all in black with fuji's throughout, later I cut one down into a stalking rod! This was when black was black and camo only existed in the her majesty's forces.

Any comments regarding the 7950 4.5" Double Vent Aerial which this thread was originally about gents.

Sorry about this Badger1 but it seems to have gone off on a tangent somewhat.
